As a rule, all stands at DanAqua 2017 are typically 5-6 square metres in size, depending on their location. The stands are located on the first floor of the centre immediately adjacent to the two workshops, Farmers Day (Radiosalen, Wednesday 11th October) and NordicRAS 2017 (Det lille Teater, 12th & 13th October).

Price for participation: DKK 5,000.00 ex. VAT

If a larger stand is required, this can be purchased for DKK 1,000/m2.

The stands are constructed with a white back wall, partial partitions between neighbouring stands and include 1x plug socket 230V/2kW and wireless internet. Entry in the list of exhibitors in DanFish International’s catalogue and at DanAqua.net for all exhibitors on the stands.

Floorplan

Technical assistance and supplementary technical services, exhibitor catalogue, passes etc.

2-3 months prior to the trade fair you will be provided with online access to the exhibition handbook. In addition to all the information you need about building up and taking down your stand, stand construction, parking etc. the handbook also contains forms you can use to order supplementary technical services (electricity, spotlights, lighting rigs, IT, plumbing etc.). Plus, you can also order inventory (chairs, tables, counters, brochure holders etc.), exhibitor and guest passes plus web banners for your website.

Terms of payment
100% of the total stand rental fee will fall due as of 1st June 2017.
